Federal and Local Leaders to Come Together to Answer that Question


PHILADELPHIA (April 3, 2021)—Pennsylvania’s share of the $1.9 trillion American Rescue Plan Act is $360 billion. What impact will this have for Pennsylvania’s children? PCCY is bringing together national and local leaders to discuss how this tremendous influx of federal dollars can be directed to have the greatest impact to improve the lives of children and youth.
