Performance Audit of Ten Charter Schools Seeking Renewal in 2014
The current charter renewal process exposes weaknesses with the District’s charter oversight and transparency problems with the State’s new School Performance Profiles. We found 3 charters seeking renewal appear to be performing so poorly that the SRC must carefully consider the benefits of their renewal.
